Q: Are the watches water resistant?

A: Usually, cheap promotion watches, all-wood watches are daily use water resistant. Stainless steel watches, alloy watches or automatic watches are made with 3-5 ATM (30 meters/100 feet) water-resistant. Customized watches can be made into different grade water resistant according to your requirement.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: T/T(bank transfer/wire), Western Union, Paypal, Credit Card, Alipay are all acceptable. Stock orders are 100% payment, customized orders/OEM orders are 30% deposit payment in advance, then 70% balance payment before shipment.

Q: How are the watches packaged?

A: Except smart watches are come in gift box, regarding other watches, we offer a free poly bag package per watch which is then placed into a bubble bag. Gift boxes are also available for an additional charge.

Q: Where can I place my logo(customized logo)?

A: We can place your logo on the watch dial, watch case back, watch crown, watch strap and, clasp and gift box.

Q: Can I order a sample(customized sample)?

A: Yes, you are welcome to place a sample order to test the quality and market.

Q: What is the delivery time if I place an order?

A: Delivery time is 3-5 working days for stock models. For OEM/customized orders, delivery time is varies from 15 working days to 58 working days depend on different models and material. Silicone watches are 15-20 days, alloy watches are 25-30 days, wood watches are 35-45 days, stainless steel watches 38-58 days.

Q: What is the warranty you offer for your watches?

A: We provide a 1-year warranty for our watches (with the only exception being if the damage is caused by abuse or misuse by the owner). All our watches are quality control and are guaranteed to be in working condition before shipment. If you receive watches that are broken or in non-working condition, chances are they were destroyed in transit during shipping. If this happen, we ask that you send us photos or video to show us and we will either replace them or we can negotiate other solution.

Q: How do you ship the watches?

A: We usually ship our goods via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or EMS regarding bulk orders. You are also welcome to use your own forwarder or shipping account. Regarding drop-shipping orders or small stock orders, you can choose economic way or quick express way according to your idea.
